October Weekend In Boston

Over Columbus Day weekend I took a short trip to Boston and I immediately fell in love with the city. I've visited Boston numerous times, but there was something special about this trip that made me fall head over heels for Boston. New England in the Fall is absolutely enchanting. I spent a good portion of my time walking the charming cobblestone streets of Beacon Hill and exploring the Commonwealth Park. The weather was perfect, the leaves were peaking, and it was finally crisp enough to wear the beloved J. Crew Herringbone Vest. As I made my way around the city, I was completely inspired and infatuated with Newbury Street. It was my first time visiting the fashion avenue, and the blend of alluring architecture and equally as beautiful designer shops were exactly what I had hoped for. I was really excited to finally visit the Vineyard Vines on Boylston Street which is where I purchased my first shep shirt,  may I add it is one of the coziest pull overs I own and completely worth the trek up Newbury Street. I made my way back to Newbury street and tried half a dozen of the famous Georgetown Cupcakes. The red velvet cupcakes are complete heaven. All in all, it was a perfect way to spend Columbus Day weekend.
